At the City Destinations Alliance Autumn Conference in Valencia, October 2023, destination-management professionals from across Europe sketched and visualised people-centred urban-tourism ideas with generative AI — a live demonstration that framed the pre-launch of Group NAO’s “AI Opener” programme for destinations.
