A multiplier engagement: UNDP’s Istanbul Regional Hub contracted training for a small cohort of its personnel plus a six-month platform trial, so the Mayors for Economic Growth network could run urban scenario visualisation itself across member municipalities. The platform was used on real Moldovan sites in July 2024 — the entrance of Chișinău’s central market among them — inside the subscription window, without external facilitators in the room.

A small cohort of UNDP personnel serving the M4EG mayors network, with Chișinău and Kutaisi named as target municipalities.
What the tool did
Staff training, a minimum six-month platform trial and light technical support — the platform handed to a network the practice does not supervise.
